Mental Health Week 2026
Club 90 invites you to come to our events for Mental Health Week.
Collectively and individually,
we have multiple layers and stories that make us who we are and while
each year 1 in 5 Canadians experience a mental illness or mental health
issue, 1 in 5 of us – that's all people – have mental health issues.
This year's theme for Mental Health Week is "Come Together Canada!" All activities take place at Club 90.

- Monday,
May 4:
- Open House: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Information booth inside
- Activities and games inside and outside
- Community Barbeque in the parking lot with hot dogs and burgers for purchase
- Tuesday, May 5:
- Health and Wellness information and presentations
- Mobile Paramedic blood pressure test and meet & greet
- Lunch and Learn presentation by Wende from Alzheimer Society about Brain Health
- Brain teaser games and activities in the afternoon
- Wednesday, May 6:
- Team building in conjunction with Karis: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Indoor and outdoor games to connect with each other
- Free lunch
- Thursday,
May 7:
- Addictions and Recovery Presentations: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Meet clients from the Oaks Centre
- Free lunch and High Tea
- Chat with James on Zoom about his battle with addiction and living a clean and sober live
- Talk with Donna from
Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous sharing stories and
experiences as well as how the programs work
- Friday,
May 8:
- Art Fund Day and Barbeque: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Join us for arts and crafts
- Mandela bookmarks
- Henna tattoos
- Create your own tattoos
- Club 90 tattoos
- Mandela DOT art with artist Susan: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
- Step-by-step instructions to paint your own mandela fridge magnet

Club 90 will be holding a
Fundraiser BBQ at Club 90 on Monday, May 4 BBQ'ed meals will be available from 11am to 3pm.
