Mental Health Week 2023
Club 90 invites you to come to our events for Mental Health Week.
Collectively and individually,
we have multiple layers and stories that make us who we are and while
each year 1 in 5 Canadians experience a mental illness or mental health
issue, 5 in 5 of us – that's all people – have mental health.
This year's theme for Mental Health Week is My Story. Activities take place at Club 90 except Thursday when it takes place at Collins Hall.

- Monday,
May 1: Webinar about Structural Stigma - Webinar begins at 1:00 pm.
- Tuesday, May 2: Presentation about Mindfulness Meditation - Presentation begins at 1:00 pm.
- Wednesday, May 3: Men of Song concert - Show begins at 1:30 pm.
- Thursday,
May 4:
Mental Health and Wellness Fair at Collins Hall - Runs from 9:30 am to
4:30 pm. Call Francine at (705) 848-6669 for details.
- Friday,
May 5: Conflict Resolution presentation - Presentation begins at 1:00 pm.

Club 90 will be holding a
Fundraiser BBQ at the Collins Hall, for the Community Mental Health
Event on Thursday, May 4th. BBQ'ed meals will be available from 11am to 3pm.

Featured
at the Collins will be Non-Profit agencies showing our community what
we are all about. Hours at the Collins Hall are 9:30am-4:30pm.
