Annual General Meeting

The North Shore Community Support Services, Inc. holds an Annual General Meeting in spring to present financial and operations reports and review business during the last year, as well as to elect members to the Board of Directors.

The North Shore Community Support Services, Inc. Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place in spring of every year - at the end of May or June. During the AGM, the executive presents reports on the operations, summary of events during the last year, financial statements and reports during the last year and give updates on new staff and projects. The new members for the Board of Directors are elected and appointed for the upcoming term.

There are also presentations and reports on completed projects to improve the operations and improve services for the members of the NSCSS / Club 90. Lunch is provided and there are fun activities during the afternoon.

Annual General Meeting Program and Annual Report for 2015-2016

This year's AGM took place June 20, 2017. Financial and administative reports for 2016/2017, Executive Director's report for 2016/2017, and appointing auditors for 2017/2018 were presented.. A new Board of Directors was elected for 2017/2018. Please find links to the Program and Annual Report from the previous year of 2016-2017.
